Halfway passed the Gingerbread Glade episode, you will find yourself in Candy Crush level 146, surrounded by almost a fortress of double layer meringues and some licorice swirls. To start the level, you got to break up the meringues block and open up the board with the very limited space and resources you have initially. Take note that to clear the meringues you need to settle the candies that are next to it 2 times but for licorice swirls, only once will do. The guide here is that there is no such need to clear all the blockers, instead you should focus on getting yourself enough space to play around with. You may use horizontal striped candies to get rid of the meringues and it will give you better effect if you do it at the lower part of the board. Do not forget to create special candies whenever you are presented with such chances! Stripe rules!

Level 145 must passed in order to play Level 146. Score at least 40000 points in 50 moves and collect 99 candies for each of these colors, orange, purple and striped candy. Use whatever you have on hand at start to clear a way out from the meringues block. Keep making horizontal striped candy, or wrapped or color bomb combos thereafter to achieve your target for this level. The reward for Level 146 is to go to Level 147.
