Clear the two-layer meringues in the middle and then you can continue to clear the licorice swirl blockers as well as all the jelly. Do not worry about the chocolate because there is a column of two-layer meringues there to avoid them from coming out. Remember to control the chocolate and do not let them overtake the board. Level 122 must passed in order to play Level 123. Clearing all the jelly and score 80,000 in 35 moves is what you need to do in this level. Notice there will be 5 types of candy in play and some candy is covered in double jelly. 2-layer meringues with double jelly underneath, spawning chocolate, licorice swirl blocks with double jelly underneath, and licorice swirl blocks are all the obstacles in the level 123. The reward for Level 123 is to go to Level 124.
