The night licorice swirl blockers and the 10 two-layer meringues have to be cleared in order to allow more rooms for the board. So, work on that first. Do not spend more than 8 moves on that because you still have to work on collecting all the needed candies. Since the objectives are to collect color candy, color combs will be very helpful. One color comb can top your collection faster. There is nothing to worry about the meringues and licorice if you cannot clear them in 8 moves. This will allow the candy on top fall down and create more chances.
