The goal of Candy Crush level 38 is to clear all 40 jelly and score 40,000 points in 30 moves. 40,000 points is easy as long as you start the game by clearing the jellies hiding at the corners. Match 4 or 5 candies when the chance is there and do not waste a single moves because you are limited to only 30 moves. Play the game from the bottom and start to clear off meringue blockers and licorice X blockers. The only way to finish the game faster is to form vertical striped candy. Vertical striped candy or combo is able to clear the grid of meringues faster. Refer to the video help below and you will know how powerful a striped candy is.
